Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup nondairy milk
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup organic granulated sugar
1 TB ww flour
1 1/2 cup AP flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl beat olive oil, milk, sugars, vanilla, and 1 TB ww flour until thick. Add 1 cup AP flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and powder, and salt and mix. Add remaining 1/2 cup flour and combine together. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop 1 TB cookie dough on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle coarse sea salt on top. Bake 8-10 minutes.
