3 TB sugar
6 TB coconut oil + 1/2 tsp for later
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Melt 3 TB sugar and 6 TB coconut oil in a medium saucepan until melted and combined. Turn off heat and add 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes stirring to combine. Line loaf pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into pan. Firmly press mixture. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate and 1/2 tsp coconut oil in microwave until smooth. Pour chocolate over coconut and spread to cover all. Place back in refrigerator until cooled about 20-30 mins. Take out 15 mins before serving.
