Quinoa Nut Granola

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup uncooked quinoa
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup cranberries or raisins
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions:

In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, quinoa, nuts, coconut, cranberries. Add the remaining ingredients until evenly distributed and well coated. Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden. Stir occasionally to provide to even toasting. Allow to cool competely before eating. Keep in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
