Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 TB sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 cup dairy free or low fat milk
1 mashed banana
2 TB melted coconut oil

Directions

Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well. To a separate bowl mix wet ingredients minus melted oil. Peel and mash the banana then add to the wet ingredients. Mix well with a fork. Pour dry ingredients into the wet and mix. Pour in the melted coconut oil. Lighty grease a pan and cook the pancakes. Top with peanut butter, honey, light syrup or fresh fruit
